Look for the special floor stickers throughout the centre
Use the app to view the stickers
You will then find clues that will help you to find the baby reindeer

When you find the baby reindeer, take a picture of him
Show one of the elves at the adoption centre
You will receive an adoption certificate which will let you take the baby reindeer home with you
